  • HOW DO I GET THE TICKETS?

    Tickets are complimentary with the short term rental. You must stay at the short term rental to receive the tickets. Cancellation of the short term rental reservations includes losing the complementary tickets. Upon arrival, tickets will be emailed to the Ticketmaster account on file.

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHT REQUIRED?

    Yes. There is a minimum three (3) night stay required and one of those days must be the game day. The days must be consecutive.

  • WHERE IS THE SHORT TERM RENTAL LOCATED?

    The short term rental is located in the Elmwood Village area of the City of Buffalo in the 14222 zip code. It is safe and clean and within walking distance to dozens of bars, restaurants, shops, museums, several colleges and Key Bank Center, home to the Buffalo Sabres.

  • IS THERE ANYTHING TO DO AROUND THE SHORT TERM RENTAL?

    Yes! A ton, much more than around Highmark Stadium. See our Misc. page for some suggestions and our google map below.

  • DO YOU PROVIDE A PARKING PASS?

    NO! Mainly because different people want different tailgate experiences. Private lots allow you to tailgate up to six (6) hours prior to the game.

  • WHEN SHOULD I LEAVE FOR THE GAME?

    It’s about a 15-20 minute drive to the stadium. Ask us about directions and we will get you there with minimal traffic. The Bills lots open four (4) hours prior to kickoff and private lots around the stadium open 6 hours or more before kickoff. Leaving at 8:30 AM from the short term rental will get you in the lot and settled by 9:00 AM.

  • WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

    See our Google Map link for places to park. You can get to within a 10 minute walk of the stadium for a cost of $40-50 dollars. Some private lots that are adjacent to the stadium grounds can cost $70-$100+.

  • WHEN DO THE GATES OPEN FOR THE STADIUM?

    Gates open for the stadium two (2) hours prior to kickoff.

  • DO I NEED A CAR?

    Technically no, but it is highly recommended for the best experience. Taking ride sharing, taxis or buses to the game can be expensive and unpredictable.

  • WHAT IF I ONLY NEED 2 or 3 TICKETS?

    If you only need two (2) or three (3) tickets please contact us prior to making the reservation. We will refund you a portion of the rental if the dates/game is available and you need less then four (4) tickets.

  • WHAT IF MY GROUP IS BIGGER THEN FOUR (4) PEOPLE?

    The short term rental (blue house) capacity is four (4) people and there are only four (4) complimentary tickets available. There is an additional short term rental (yellow house) available next door, but there are NO tickets associated with that rental.

  • ARE THERE ANY TAILGATE ITEMS SUPPLIED?

    Yes! We supply all the tailgate essentials including:

    - Four (4) Chairs

    - One (1) Cooler

    - One (1) Portable Grill with Propane

    - One (1) Folding Table, please no smashing!

    - Four (4) Sets of Hand Warmers

    - Four (4) Sets of Feet Warmers

    - Four (4) Ponchos

    - Disposable Plates, Utensils & Paper Towels
